Facebook and its other social media sites, WhatsApp and Instagram, fell offline last night.
The outage first started for Facebook and Instagram, and shortly after that WhatsApp.
“We’re aware that some people are having trouble accessing our apps and products. We’re working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible, and we apologize for any inconvenience,” Facebook said in an understatement on Twitter – which is seemingly working just fine, though there are complaints from users that they can’t get that platform to work either.
Facebook co-owner Mark Zuckerberg said he suffered heavy losses during off-hours services last night.
Zuckerberg said he has lost more than $ 6 billion after hours of bad Facebook.”
Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp services went off the air for hours last night causing severe damage to the company and disrupting social networking around the world.
The company apologized to the public for the time it was off the air. Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp have returned to normal operations.
