Minister for Interior, Federalism and Reconciliation in the Federal Government of Somalia Gen. Mukhtar Hussein Afrah has yesterday met with the Turkish ambassador to Somalia, Mr. Mehmet Yilmaz.
The two leaders discussed ways to further strengthen ties between the two countries which shares good relations.
Turkish Ambassador to Somalia Mehmet Yilmaz tweeted on his official twitter account that he had helpful talks with the Somali interior minister on matters relating to bilateral relations and strengthening cooperation between Turkey and Somalia.
“I am pleased to meet with the Somali Minister of Interior, Federalism and Reconciliation in the Federal Government of Somalia Gen. Mukhtar Hussein Afrah. We have discussed bilateral relations and strengthening cooperation between the two countries. Somalia is a great partner nation”
