The President of the Jubbaland Government, Ahmed Mohamed Islam has promoted Abdihakin Hassan Cartan alias Djibouti, the Jubbaland Police force Commander of the Northern Corridor of Kismayo who bravely rejected a bribe meant to destabilize the Jubbaland government forces by the federal government of Somalia led by Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.
