The First Vice President of Jubbaland state, Mohamud Sayid Adan has held a meeting with Chinese officials in charge of investment in Africa in Nairobi, Kenya.
The Vice President was accompanied by a host of Cabinet of Ministers from Jubaland state, including the Minister for Planning, Investment and International Cooperation, the Minister for Fisheries and Blue Economy, the head of the Gift of the Givers organization that works on aid and humanitarian issues as well as the commissioner of the Middle Juba region of Somalia.
The meeting discussed the utilization and financing of Agriculture, Livestock and Mining in Jubaland regional state.
The Chinese investment delegation was invited to hold a similar developmental meeting in Kismayo in October this year.
