The Minister for Planning, Investment and International Cooperation of the Jubbaland State of Somalia, Abdirahman Abdi Ahmed together with the Advisor to the President of the Jubbaland State for Political Affairs and Development, Sheikh Mohamed Asowe and the Director General of the Ministry of Planning, Mohamed Weli Ali met with the new Head of the ICRC in Jubbaland state and senior members of the ICRC in Somalia.
During the meeting, issues including cooperation on relief matters and finding solutions to climate change challenges were discussed.
Minister Abdirahman Abdi Ahmed thanked the ICRC for supporting the humanitarian matters in Jubbaland and firmly standing with the Jubbaland community in times of need.
