The Deputy Minister of the Jubbaland Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management, Mohamed Osman Jama, who is currently in Mogadishu has received a 4,000-ton aid shipment from the Somali National Disaster Management Authority (SoDMA) to be distributed in some parts of the Jubbaland Jubbaland state.
The aid which was officially authorized by the Deputy Chairman of the National Disaster Management Agency, Dr. Ahmed Abdi Adan will be distributed in some parts of the Jubbaland State including Gedo region.
This aid was donated to Somalia by the Governments of Russia and Saudi Arabia.
The Somali National Disaster Management Authority (SoDMA) organization is always committed to helping the Somali community in relief aid distribution.
“We are always committed to helping the Somali community in times of crisis and disasters,” Said Mohamed Osman Jama, the Jubbaland Deputy Minister for Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management.
