The Jubbaland security forces have today intensified operations in Kismayo in a bid to ensure the security of the various neighborhoods of Kismayo.
The security operations is geared towards strengthening of the security in Kismayo town and to thwart acts of terror.
The Jubbaland Security Agency has called on the people of Kismayo to closely work with the security apparatus manning checkpoints and conducting operations withing the roads and neighborhoods.
They also appealed to residents to share information on terror plots and anyone out there to destabilize peace and security in Kismayo.
