The Minister for Transport and Aviation of the Federal Government of Somalia, Fardowsa Osman Igal, held a meeting with Qatari Transport and Aviation Minister, Jassim Saif Ahmed Al-Sulaiti and the President of the United Arab Emirates Civil Aviation Authority, Sh. Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum.
The meeting discussed the cooperation of the sectors, land transport, air, aviation, training and the development of laws.
“Today’s world is looking at the progress we are making in the short term, but our goal is not enough. We want our country to be the best in the region.” Minister Fardowsa Osman said.
These meetings are part of the 41st International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) conference participated by organizations and representatives of international organizations.
The Somali Federal Minister for Transport and Aviation, Fardowsa Osman is currently participating in the conference held in Montreal, Canada.
