Commander of the Somali National Army, General Odowa Yusuf Rage has attended the graduation ceremony of Somali officers from the Joaan bin Jassim Defense College academy in Qatar.
The Somali graduates included members of the Somali National Army who have been undergoing intensive military training at the Qatari defense college.
The Commander of the Somali National Army is currently on a working visit to Qatar.
