The President of Jubaland State of Somalia, Ahmed Mohamed Islam has today returned back to Kismayo after a two week visit to Dhobley district.
Dhobley was one of the towns that was approved by the Jubbaland Council of Ministers on 23rd of June 2022 and given a district status.
While in Dhobley district, the President of Jubbaland state has inspected the situation in the district and held various meetings with various sections of the community, the displaced persons and the refugee returnees.
The Jubbaland state President has also met with the security forces and its top commands in Dhobley district and its surrounding areas to discuss the need to accelerate security operations for achieving maximum security.
