The Chairman of the Federal Electoral Commission, Muse Gelle Yusuf and his delegation have arrived in Kismayo today morning.
Chairman Muse Gelle, accompanied by members of the Electoral Commission, were welcomed at the Kismayo Airport by officials from the Jubbaland State.
The Chairman of the Federal Electoral Commission will meet with the Jubbaland Electoral Commission to discuss speeding up the holding of the 16-seat election of Garbaharey in Elwak, Gedo region.
The Federal Poll Commission chairman will also meet with Jubbaland state President Ahmed Mohamed Islam to discuss the transfer of the 16 seats from Garbaharey’s second constituency to Elwak.
