Somali Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mohamud Abdi Hassan Beekoos has today met with Kuwaiti Minister for Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Ahmed Nasser Mohammed Al-sabah.
The two ministers discussed strengthening the long-standing ties and deepening cooperation between the two brotherly Governments of Somalia and Kuwait, which touch on security, political, economic and social issues.
Minister Mohamud shared with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Government of Kuwait, the commitment of the Federal Government of Somalia to support the Government of Kuwait in fulfilling its leadership responsibilities of the League of Arab States and other aspects of cooperation.
The Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation is attending the Arab League Consultative Meeting in Kuwait.
