The Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mohamed Hussein Roble has today praised the Jubbaland State Electoral Commission, the Federal Electoral Commission and the President of the Jubbaland State of Somalia Ahmed Mohamed Islam on the commencement of the Parliamentary elections in Kismayo, Jubbaland state.
Premier Roble urged the Electoral Commissions to ensure that the elections are transparent and in accordance with the electoral procedures.
The Prime Minister also congratulated the newly elected members of Lower house parliament and wished them the best in their future endeavors.
