The UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Friday strongly condemned Thursday’s deadly terrorist attack on a United Nations convoy in front of Al-Mucasir School in Mogadishu.
The Secretary-General extends his deepest condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to those injured.
He called on the Somali government officials to bring the perpetrators to justice, according to Deputy Spokesman Farhan Haq.

At least eight people have been confirmed dead and 17 others injured in a suicide car bomb attack early Thursday morning.
Police said the target was a convoy owned by a security company guarding UN staff.
