The Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mohamed Hussein Roble, is currently in Dhusamareb, the capital of Galmudug State of Somalia for a two-day official visit.
Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble met with some Galmudug traditional elders in Dhusamareb to discuss strengthening their role in security, reconciliation and elections.
Earlier, the Prime Minister met with members of the Federal and State Electoral Commissions and the Dhusamareb Electoral Security Committee to discuss the acceleration of the elections process.
The Somali Prime Minister will continue his meetings in Dhusamareb, after which he will proceed to Galkayo, one of the venues for the upcoming parliamentary elections.
