Kismayo district administration has announces that construction of five major tarmac roads in Kismayo will soon begin.
The roads, which will be built in a modern way, will have a length of 10-km and 400 meters.
Some road construction will also be implemented on the ruined roads in the city.
Authorities have called on the community to be prepared and facilitate the workers involved in the project adding that cooperation was needed particularly at this time when road assessments is being done ahead of the construction.
The Kismayo district administration has announced that road construction work will officially begin in early January 2022.
