The President of Galmudug State of Somalia, Ahmed Abdi Kariye (Qoor Qoor) has held an online meeting with some of his international friends.
The meeting discussed the recent security situation in Galmudug, especially the tension between Galmudug and Ahlu Sunna in Guriceel district of Galgadud region.
A statement from the international community said they also discussed the importance of concluding the Upper House elections as soon as possible.
The meeting between the representatives of the international community and the President of Galmudug state comes against a backdrop of tension between government and Galmudug forces and Ahlu Sunna in Guriceel district of Galgadud region.
