Puntland State Minister for Finance, Hassan Shire Abgal has requested school teachers in Puntland state to pay their taxes immediately.
The Finance Minister said school principals in Puntland who refuse to pay the required taxes will be treated like Al-Shabaab members.
The Puntland Minister for Finance said that the people who oppose the tax are people who do not want the establishment of the government, and are like Al-Shabaab terror group.
The statement from Puntland Minister for Finance, Hassan Shire Abgal comes at a time when school principals and transporters in Puntland have complained several times on tax levies.
