Outgoing President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo and Somali Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble are set to meet today according to some mediation sources.
The meeting will focus on the administration of the security sector, especially the police and the security services.
The outgoing Somali president is reported to be still in control of the security sector while Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble is opposed to it.
The two leaders, on their part, said they are optimistic about ending the conflict.
