The First Vice President of the Jubbaland State of Somalia, Mohamud Sayid Adan has today attended the inauguration ceremony of the newly appointed Jubbaland state Minister for Fisheries and Marine Resources and his deputy who were recently appointed by the Jubbaland state President Ahmed Mohamed Islam.
In a brief ceremony held at the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine resources, the new Minister for Fisheries Abbas Ali Ibrahim and his Deputy Minister Mohamed Omar Bunu took office.
The director general of the Jubbaland ministry of fisheries and marine resources, Mohamed Khalif said that they will work closely and cordially with the new minister and his deputy especially during this change of guard at the fisheries ministry.
The first Vice President of Jubbland regional state, Mohamud Sayid Adan, handed over the reins to the new Minister for Fisheries and Marine Resources, succeeding his predecessor at the Fisheries ministry, Ibrahim Hassan Baajun.
