Somali Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble said the Somali government was committed to holding free and fair elections in the country.
Speaking at a press conference, premier Roble said he would soon invite regional state leaders to attend the National Electoral Completion Forum.
The Prime Minister ordered the National Army to return to their bases and not get involved in politics, and called on politicians to refrain from any words or actions that do not contribute to the stability of the country and the unity of the people.
“The government was committed to holding free and fair elections and anyone who stands in the way of the government’s efforts will be dealt with. The country and the people of Somalia should be given outmost honor and priority”, Said Mohamed Hussein Roble.
