The Kismayo district administration has announced a number of measures and plans geared towards restoring the beauty of Kismayo.
Kismayo District Commissioner Ibrahim Yusuf Timo-jilic noted that there is a program underway by the Kismayo district administration to restore the beauty of the district and called on the community to take part in the beautification process and the construction of roads inside Kismayo.
The beautification plan will benefit major and intersection roads as well as sidewalks in Kismayo town.
Ibrahim Mohamed Yusuf noted that a business forum in Kismayo has recently discussed a plan to raise funds for the beautification of Kismayo town and its environs.
