The Consultative Meeting of the Ministries of Health of the Federal Member States and the Ministry of Health of Somalia began today, 21 December 2020.
The conference was attended by all the Ministries of Health of Puntland, Jubbaland, South West, GalMudug and Hir Shabelle.
The conference will take place from 21 to 23 December and will focus on cooperation issues and responsibilities of the Ministries of Health at the Federal and Administrative level.
There will also be a discussion on the Health & Coordination & Communication System in collaboration with the FGS Ministry of Health, the Ministries of Health of Regional Administrations and partner agencies assisting in the development of health services in the country.
During the conference, information will be exchanged on current and upcoming projects and a joint action plan for 2021 and its standards will be developed.
