Somalia’s Foreign Affairs Ministry issued an order to the government diplomats in Nairobi, Kenya, ordering them to return to Somalia within 5 days in the latest diplomacy spat between Somalia and its neighboring Kenya.
“All diplomats, deputies, and staff of the Somali Immigration and Nationality Agency at the Somali embassy in Kenya are advised to return back to the country within five days,” the statement said.
The statement from the Somali foreign ministry added, “Since the Somali government has ordered the diplomats to leave the country within seven days, it is imperative that Somali diplomats also return to the country during that time.”
