Former Puntland Security Minister Gen. Abdullahi Yusuf has died in a hospital in the Turkish capital, Ankara.
Reports indicate that the former Puntland security minister has been ill in a Turkish hospital for the past few days but died of his illness, according to sources.
The death of the late General Khalif Isse Muddan was confirmed to the media by some of his close relatives.
The General was the Security Adviser to Puntland State President Deni until his death.
