Reports from Garowe town in Nugal region indicate that a Puntland military court official has been killed in the town.
Lawyer Mohamed Mohamud Abdi (Jamus), a former aide to the Puntland Armed Forces Court was shot dead outside his residence.
The killing took place last night and was carried out by an unidentified group of fugitives.
Puntland security officials have not yet released any information about the killing of the officer in Garowe, one of the safest cities in Puntland.
