The National Security and Intelligence Service (NISA) has responded to request by the Somali Internal security ministry to fully report on Muktaar Robow’s condition within.
A letter signed by Acting NISA Commander Yassin Farey stated that Mukhtar Robow is in good health and that he has doctors who regularly monitor his condition. He is a Master’s Degree student and has regular contact with his teachers.
“NISA spends spends $ 7,000 a month on Mukhtar Robow to manage his life and that of his family. He is a member of Al-Shabaab terror group and thus under tight security custody,” The statement said.
