A Consultative conference of the Jubbaland education strategic plan for the next five years has been held today at Agan Hotel in Kismayo, the Jubbaland state of Somalia.
The education strategic planning confrence was attended by career experts and ministry staff among other top education experts.
The consultative conference is geared towards preparing a plan for the next five-year education strategy in Jubbaland and will last for three days.
The conference was officially opened by the Jubbaland state Minister for Education, Ahmed Tajir Abdullahi.
The Jubbaland Ministry of Higher Education and Learning is working to improve education in the Jubbaland state of Somalia, noting that the ministry has recently launched a campaign in Jubbaland state aimed at helping poor and low income families access education.
