Somali Minister for Justice Abdikadir Mohamed Nur Jama said they are launching a plan to fight corruption in the country so that justice can be served to the Somali people.
He added that the various judicial institutions in the country are working to prevent corruption and are committed to fighting anything that could lead to corruption.
Minister Jama also said that a plan is now underway to finalize the members of the Anti-Corruption Commission after which the government will fight corruption with the help of the National Auditor and the Prosecution agencies.
The Justice Minister Abdulkadir Mohamed Jama said the Somali government has been meeting in recent times and engaged in ways to combat corruption which opened Tuesday.
