The Ministry of Planning, Investment, and International Cooperation of the Jubbaland State Government convened a high-level strategic consultation meeting in Kismayo, bringing together international and local organizations operating across the region.
The pivotal gathering was attended by the Minister of Planning, Investment, and International Cooperation, Abdirahman Abdi Ahmed, alongside representatives from various humanitarian and development agencies, as well as several Director Generals from Jubbaland’s government ministries.
The meeting focused on evaluating the current services provided by partner organizations in Jubbaland, identifying key challenges, and exploring opportunities to enhance service delivery. The Ministry also presented critical data and strategic messages aimed at strengthening collaboration and improving the effectiveness of aid interventions.
In his opening remarks, Minister Abdirahman urged all stakeholders to deepen their cooperation to achieve Jubbaland’s development goals. He emphasized the importance of such consultative forums in aligning efforts and fostering mutual accountability.
