A high level delegation from the Jubbaland government has arrived today in Dollow district of Gedo region of Somalia amid a security scare caused by a small group of soldiers pledging allegiance Somalia President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud who tried to prevent the delegation from entering the town.
The Jubbaland Darawish forces swiftly quelled the situation and brought normally to the area.
The delegation which included a Jubbaland state ministerial team and the recently appointed governor of Gedo region were warmly welcomed by the first Vice President of the Jubbaland state, Mohamud Sayid Adan who has since been in the area.
The district administration, top security brass and other officials from the Jubbaland Government were also present.
