The Jubbaland Electoral and Boundaries Commission has released the schedule for the election of the speaker of the Parliament and his two deputies, the President and the election of the members of the Jubbaland Parliament.
The list of elected members of the Jubbaland Parliament will be announced from November 18th to 19th 2024.
The applications of the candidates for the speaker positions will be held on November 20th 2024 and planned speeches will be delivered on November 21st 2024 with the election taking place on the same day.
Jubbaland’s presidential candidates will also submit their applications from November 21st to 23rd 2024 and speeches delivered on November 24th 2024. Jubbaland’s presidential election is scheduled to be held on November 25th 2024.
