A delegation led by the Somali Deputy Prime Minister, Mahdi Guled is in Nairobi, Kenya to attend the 39th Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) Summit to be held today in Nairobi, Kenya.
The Somali Deputy Prime Minister who arrived in Nairobi yesterday will represent the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, who is on an official visit to Turkey.
