Galmudug Darawish forces have last night carried out a planned tactical security operation in Godyaanyo and Qararow area in South Mudug region.
The Darawish and Qararow officials have confirmed that the operation took place at midnight and severely killed and degraded the Al-Qaeda linked-Al-Shabaab terror group threat in the area.
The troops is also said to have succeeded in destroying the enemy bases and logistics.
