The Minister for Finance of the Federal Government of Somalia, Dr. Abdirahman Duale Beyle, has yesterday attended an online meeting with senior officials of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
The conference focused on financial reform and bilateral cooperations.
“Today we continue our ongoing discussions with senior members of the IMF on fiscal reform,” Said Dr. Beyle.
“Our partnership will bring tangible results to our key partners who have made a significant contribution to the transformation and economic reform of Somalia,” He added.
The Minister for Finance of the Federal Government of Somalia has also said that the conference is a prelude to a major 15-day conference next month in February 2022 between Somalia and the IMF.
