The President of Galmudug State of Somalia, Ahmed Abdi Kariye has met with the Ambassadors of Somalia to the United Nations, the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union.
The President and the Ambassadors discussed security issues in Galmudug and the ongoing Somali elections.
The Galmudug state President thanked the international community for its support in the country’s elections.
Representatives of the international community are urging Somali leaders not to postpone the much awaited elections in Somalia and to hold them in a free and fair manner.
