The Minister for Petroleum and Minerals of the Jubbaland State of Somalia, Ahmed Abdirizak Mohamed (Handal), has attended the Africa Oil Week in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, hosted by the United Arab Emirates.
The conference, which is held annually, addresses issues related to investment in Africa’s rich oil and minerals, and will be attended by 45 ministers from African countries and a number of oil companies in Africa.
The conference will take place from November 8-11, 2021 and will focus on oil and other natural resources that the continent is rich in.
