Civil society organizations, artists and members of the public in Kismayo have today expressed their condolences over the death of Abdi Muriidi Dheere famoulsy known as Ajakis who passed on today at a Mogadishu Hospital where he has been receiving medical treatment for the past few days.
The community in Kismayo said that they share the pain with all the relatives and friends of the deceased and prayed to God to give patience and faith to all the Somali people who were shared connections with the deceased.
Ajakis popularly by his stage name was a well-known actor and vocalist for Hindi films.
He later worked for Universal TV, where he produced a number of entertaining programs and was a well-known figure in the Somali community.
