The Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mohamed Hussein Roble has rejected the commission of inquiry appointed by Somali president Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo to investigate the case of slain intelligence officer Ikran Tahlil Farah.
The Somali premier said the move is not in line with the Somali constitution.
“There is no role for the executive branch in the judicial component of the Govt. The move is unconstitutional and illegal”, Said PM Roble.
