The Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mohamed Hussein Roble, and a high level Somali delegation are on their way to the Kenyan capital, Nairobi.
Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble is expected to arrive in Nairobi at the official invitation of Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta and preparations are underway for premier Roble’s visit to Kenya.
According to reports, the purpose of Somali Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble’s visit to Kenya is to discuss ways to strengthen ties between Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta and Somali premier Roble, with a special focus on security co-operation, Immigration and Trade.
Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble held a private meeting with Kenyan Foreign Affairs Minister Raychelle Omamo in Mogadishu last week, and also jointly opened the Kenya Embassy building in Mogadishu.
