The Minister for Defense of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hassan Hussein Haji, held a fruitful discussion with the United Nations Mission in Somalia (UNSOM) on the Rule of Law in Somalia.
Minister Hassan Hussein Hajji emphasized during the meeting the importance and priority of the implementation of the STP, in good coordination with all relevant Ministries and the need to build the capacity of the security institutions.
He also said that security issues in the country should be questioned to help the country deal with security matters effectively.
Recently the federal government of Somalia has rejected a report posted on social networking sites emanating from Independent Assessment Committee of the African Union, which spoke about the mission and the situation in Somalia.
