A Somali national was killed and another injured in a South African road accident

One Somali youth was killed and another injured after a car they were travelling in was involved in a grisly road accident in South Africa.

The accident took place on N7 Road, Clanwilliam, 231.5 km from Cape Town, South Africa.

The accident took place when a Toyota truck carrying the Somali youth overturned and rolled several times killing the young Somali youth named and injuring another.

The deceased was identified as Mohamud Muhudin while the injured was immediately identified as Mohamed Amin Abdullahi.

The two young men were from Somalia.  Car accidents are on the rise in South Africa, with a Somali national recently killed in an accident near Johannesburg.

Sheikh Mohamed Nahar, a senior cleric, is currently recuperating in a South African hospital after being severely injured in a car crash on N7 Road in Cape Town recently.
