Somalia’s friends in the international community, in a statement issued at the Dhusamareb conference has welcomed the ongoing talks between the Heads of the Federal Government and the regional governments which is currently underway in the central city of Dhusamreeb in Galmudug regional state of Somalia.
A statement from the international community has urged the parties to continue the dialogue in a bid to resolve the dispute over the upcoming Somali election.
“It is time to reach a total permissible agreement in order to implement the agreement of 17 September elections,” said a statement on their Twitter handle.
The latest Dhusamareeb special meeting to put to rest the long standing Somali dispute is widely seen as the latest hope for the Somali nation.
