The Deputy Minister for Health of the Jubbaland state, Abshir Mohamed Abdi has today inspected some of the health facilities in Beled Hawo district in Gedo region of Somalia.
The Health Deputy Minister was accompanied by the deputy commissioner of Baladhawo district, Abdifitah Nur Matan and the coordinator of the Jubbaland health ministry in Beled Hawo district.
The delegation visited various health facilities including the Beled Hawo district general hospital.
The Depty Minister’s delegation also made an inspection visit at the border between Somalia and Kenya and called on health practitioners in the district to provide better health services to the community.
