The President of Jubaland state of Somalia, Ahmed Mohamed Islam has today inspected the last areas that were liberated from the Khawarij groups in the Lower Juba region, especially the areas of Aw-Kumbale, Ceelcad, Canjeel, Harboole and Jana-Abdalle which were recently liberated from the Khawarij (Al-Shabaab ).
The Jubbaland president who spoke to various military units of the Jubaland regional government said that the people living in the liberated areas have found peace and freedom and it was necessary for the liberation of other areas still under the grip of the terror militants.
The president said that the re-liberation operations will continue and will be accelerated in the coming days so that the presence of the government can felt in all areas of the Jubaland state.
