Somali Prime Minister holds talks in UAE

The Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mohamed Hussein Roble has met with the Vice President of the United Arab Emirates Mohamed Bin Rashid Ala-Maktoum in Dubai.

The two leaders discussion focused on strengthening cooperation between the two brotherly countries, particularly in the areas of trade and economic development, Somali livestock exports to the United Arab Emirates, and the need for visas to facilitate Somalis traveling to the United Arab Emirates.
Somali Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble thanked his UAE counterpart Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid for his government’s contribution to the relief efforts for the Somali people affected by the drought.

On his part, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid has said his government will increase aid relief to drought-stricken Somalia.
