The President of Jubaland State of Somalia, Ahmed Mohamed Islam has today received at the Jubbaland Presidential Palace the Head of the World Health Organization (WHO) for Somalia, Dr. Mamunur Rahman Malik, and his visiting delegation.
The President was accompanied by the Minister for Co-operation and International Relations Mursal Mohamed Khalif and Minister for Health and Social Welfare Mohamed Ibrahim Ogle.
The meeting discussed how the World Health Organization can expand its support to the health sector and collaborate on the broader work of the Ministry of Health and WHO.
