Puntland state president expresses hope of ending poll conflict as the poll consultative forum enters day three

The President of Puntland regional state of Somalia Saciid Abdullahi Deni has spoken at the national poll consultative forum currently underway in the Somali capital, Mogadishu to find solutions to the upcoming Somali poll.

President Sacid Deni said the conference has entered its third day and was going on in good spirits, with Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble taking over the reins of the administration.

Saciid Deni has added that the leaders discussed amicable resolutions and that the process now under way is likely leading to elections agreement.

He also noted that it is important that the negotiations end the conflict, and to show a compromise adding that the best interests of the country would overcome many obstacles.
