A JUBBALAND COURT TODAY HEARD CASES PERTAINING TO THREE JUBBALAND POLICE OFFICER’S MURDER CHARGES
A court sitting in Jubbaland state today heard cases pertaining to three Jubbaland Police officers and two others on murder charges.
The three Jubbaland Police officers were charged with the murder of Noor Mohammed Abdulle after a dispute erupted between the trio and the deceased at a construction site leading to his killing.
The three Police officers identified as Abdiqafar Bishar Hassan, Bille Burale Dakane and Yussuf Hussein Hassan are said to have murdered the deceased.
The three charged Jubbaland Police Officers pleaded guilty to the charges before the court.
Meanwhile the Court heard a case where Farah Abdirashid Elmi and Mohammed Rashid Mohamud were brought before the court in the murder of Abdifatah Mohammed Falkaan in a remote village in Ungumi, Kismayu.
The Court is expected to announce its verdict soon on the two cases.
